I forgot my password

For students:

If a student is unable to log into an account, their username and password can be verified or reset by that student’s teacher. When logged into the teacher’s account, touch the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen and select Settings to access the settings panel. Once in the settings panel, all students assigned to that teacher can be viewed by selecting Passwords on the left. Tap “Reset” next to a student’s name to receive a new temporary password for that student.

For teachers:

If a teacher enters an incorrect password too many times, the account will become locked. Please visit support.lightsailed.com and request a password reset. Our support team will then provide you with a new temporary password.
