I’m getting logged out or the LightSail app is closing

If your LightSail app closes or logs you out spontaneously, please try these steps:

  1. Restart your device. This basic step resolves many software issues.
  2. If the problem continues, have the student log into another device to see if the same issues occur:
    • If they do, please contact LightSail by submitting a support ticket.
    • If the issue doesn’t occur on another device, please delete and re-download the LightSail app on the original device.
