Assessment

• Is aligned to the Common Core State Standards and the Instructional Materials Evaluation Tool (IMET)
• Includes Cloze, multiple choice, and short written response)assessment items are embedded in the text
  • Cloze assessment items are generated by MetaMetrics
  • Multiple choice and cloze items are automatically scored by the system

• Motivational badges that reward students for reading achievements like completing text in a new genre or earning an Above Standard score on a written-response assessment
• Text-embedded dictionary with controlled vocabulary, audio and pictorial support and Spanish/Mandarin translations to support English Language Learners

Reporting
