LightSail wins ROE award at ASU+GSV Summit for second year in a row

LightSail won the 2016 Return On Education Venture Innovation award at the ASU+GSV Summit in San Diego, California. This is the second year in a row that LightSail has won the ROE Award at ASU+GSV.

“Winning the Return on Education Venture award twice at the ASU+GSV Summit, let alone two consecutive years, is an amazing honor for LightSail and an affirmation of the progress we are making in building our business as well as accomplishing our mission to help all students master literacy,” said Gideon Stein, LightSail founder & CEO.

More than 300 venture-stage companies presented over the three-day Summit, and a panel of Summit leaders selected LightSail as one of the top three companies, along with LTG Exam Prep and codeSpark.
