FileDownload.aspxA group of teachers and students from Mineola Middle School shared about their experience using LightSail at a recent school board meeting, reports The Island Now.

Board of Education President Christine Napolitano, who said people often associate iPads in the classroom with mindless activity, was similarly inspired by the presentation.

“This is far, far from mindless work,” she said. “The way the children articulated what they are doing ran rings around me.”
