GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
For the optimal experience, we recommend that you keep your browsers updated to the latest stable version. For Chromebook: LightSail requires at least 20 mb available storage on the device.
INTERNET SPEED
We recommend that each student has more than 5 mb download speed on their device. If the speed is lower than a 5 mb download, LightSail will not function optimally.
AD BLOCKERS, FILTERS, & ALLOWLIST
Contact your IT/Tech Department for support completing the following tasks as needed.
Ad Blockers and Filters can prevent LightSail from working properly. Your IT/Tech Department can identify if these are in place and any issues that these may cause.
